Any computer or tablet with a modern browser runs the till and the back office. For a counter with a receipt printer and cash drawer, use the Kulnabooks POS app for Windows. On an Android phone or tablet, the Kulnabooks POS app sells and scans barcodes with the camera.

The Windows app prints to 58 mm and 80 mm thermal receipt printers (ESC/POS), with your logo, Arabic text, a barcode and a QR code, and opens the cash drawer on cash sales. The browser till prints through the browser.

Yes. Every screen, receipt and report works in Arabic and English, and you can switch between them at any time.

Yes. Kulna Assistant in the back office answers questions about your sales, profit, expenses, stock and balances in Arabic or English, runs reports, reads supplier bills and receipts from a photo, and prepares expenses, prices, payments and purchase orders as cards that are saved only when you confirm. It is on Professional and Enterprise, and on Business with the Kulnabooks AI add-on.

Yes. Kulnabooks Business for Android shows today’s sales and alerts, scans barcodes, receives goods, and handles customers, expenses, transfers to confirm and till closings. It does not sell. There is no iPhone app; use Kulnabooks in Safari.

Yes, on Business and up. A standalone till runs from its activation code with its own users, products and reports, backs itself up, and can be linked to your workspace later with its sales.

Cash and transfers from any bank app, and sales on account for customers with a credit limit. The reference of each transfer is recorded.

Yes. Each branch has its own stock and tills, you can transfer stock between branches, and reports can show one branch or all of them. The number of branches depends on your plan.

Yes. VAT can be on or off for your business, with a rate for the business, a rate per product where it differs, and a VAT report.

Yes. Batches with expiry dates are sold soonest-expiring first, and serial numbers or IMEIs can be recorded for each unit.

Your data is backed up every night and the backups are checked every week. Each person signs in with their own account and role, a sign-in code by e-mail can be required for everyone, and an audit log records who changed what.

Yes. Every receipt and invoice has a QR code. Scanning it shows whether the document is valid, voided or unknown, from your records.
