How to install
Once only. Tap any step to see its picture.
Step 1: Press “Download for Windows” and let it finish
If the browser says the file is not commonly downloaded, choose “Keep”.
Step 2: Open the file, and get past the blue box if it appears
Press “More info”, then “Run anyway”. It appears because the program is new, not because anything is wrong with it.
Step 3: Press Next, then Install, then Finish
It does not ask for the computer’s administrator password.
Step 4: Open Kulnabooks POS and sign in
From its icon on the desktop. The first time only it needs the internet, and a manager approves the computer.
Step 1: Press “Download for Android”, then “Download anyway”
Chrome says “File might be harmful” about every app from outside Google Play.
Step 2: Open the file, and let the browser install it, once
At “Install unknown apps”: tap “Settings”, turn on “Allow from this source”, then go back.
Step 3: Tap “Install”
If Play Protect objects: “More details”, then “Install anyway”.
Step 4: Open the app and sign in
With your Kulnabooks account: the same e-mail and password.

Never install a file that came on WhatsApp or from another site, even from someone you know.
It updates itself
The till fetches each new version by itself. The owner app: install the new one over the old; your data stays.

Questions
My phone or Windows says the file is harmful
A general warning for every app from outside a store. If you downloaded it from kulnabooks.com, carry on as the install steps show. If your antivirus deletes it, write to us.
It says there is not enough space
Leave three times the file’s size free: delete old WhatsApp videos, then try again.
How do I update the app?
The till updates itself. The owner app: download the new version here and install it over the old one.
I have an iPhone. Is there an app?
No. Open kulnabooks.com in Safari, then “Share” and “Add to Home Screen”, and it opens from its icon like any app.
The till computer has no internet. Will it work?
Yes, after the first sign-in. It sells offline and sends the sales when the connection returns. You can bring the file over on a USB stick.
