What is the difference between the plans?
The number of branches, users and tills, how far each module goes, and the level of support. Every plan has sales, purchasing, inventory, payments, accounting and reports. Business adds credit sales, stock transfers and counts, supplier balances, ledgers, tax reports and the standalone till; Professional adds promotions and coupons, serial numbers, advanced reports, Kulna Assistant and reading bills from photos. Business can add Kulna Assistant with the Kulnabooks AI add-on.
How do I pay?
Monthly, every six months or yearly, by bank transfer or in cash. Prices are listed in US dollars and invoiced in Sudanese pounds at the rate on the invoice date.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Ask for it from your subscription page, or contact us, and your data stays as it is. If you only need one more user or till, an add-on may be enough.
