Kulnabooks Business is the Android app for the owner, the branch manager and the accountant. It shows how the shop is doing, tells you when something needs you, and does the daily stock and money work away from the computer. Selling stays on the till.

Today at a glance
Net sales, profit and cash for today against the same day last week, hour by hour, for every branch or one; who owes you, which suppliers are due, what is running low and what expires within 30 days.
Alerts that need you
A refund above your limit, a shift closed short, a large sale, a bank transfer waiting to be confirmed, a till that has not sent its sales. Approve or reject a return, call or WhatsApp the cashier from the same screen, and set quiet hours.
Stock with the camera
Scan a barcode to see the price, stock in every branch, cost, margin and batches. Receive goods against the supplier’s bill, scanning each item to tick it off; on medicine packs the 2D code fills in the batch and expiry. Count a shelf, check and change prices, and print shelf labels on a Bluetooth label printer.
The money side
Customers with their balances and statements, payments recorded with a picture of the transfer, transfers from the till to confirm, expenses, cash and bank balances, till closings with the expected and counted cash, and suppliers with what you owe them.
Bills and receipts from a photo
Photograph a supplier’s bill or an expense receipt and get a draft to check before saving, new suppliers and products included.
Reports, and a weak connection
Sales, margin, stock value, profit and loss, top sellers and branch comparison for any period, shared as PDF. What you last saw opens at once, and work done offline is sent in order when the connection returns.
Android 8 or newer. There is no iPhone app: open Kulnabooks in Safari instead. The app comes with every plan; reading bills, receipts and product photos is on the plans that include it. Each person sees only what their role and branch allow, and the app unlocks with your fingerprint or face. It does not sell: that is the till’s job.
